JORDAN MK687 SOFT SEATED PILOTED PRV

Mark 687 Soft Seated Piloted Pressure Regulator.  Jordan Valve is proud to announce the introduction of the Mark 687 Piloted Pressure Regulator. It is the latest addition to our soft seated regulator offering. This is a milestone for Jordan Valve as the Mark 687 is our first piloted regulator that offers ANSI Class VI shutoff! Mark 687 regulators provide accurate pressure control in a variety of services including gas, air, water, oil and chemicals. This regulator is used with a 69H or 69L pilot. The Mark 687 is extremely accurate. The pilot senses system changes and positions the main valve for precise control.FunctionThe main valve of the Mark 687 is normally closed.
The upstream pressure (P1) enters the main valve body and passes through the piping to the pilot valve. The pilot valve is normally open, allowing the upstream pressure to move through the outlet port of the pilot valve to act on the bottom of the main valve diaphragm. This force pushes the stem upward, opening the main valve. As the downstream pressure rises to the setpoint, the pilot senses the rising pressure and begins to close. This throttles the flow to the main diaphragm. The pressure on the main valve diaphragm is bled off downstream and the main valve closes. In this way, the Mark 687 modulates between open and closed to maintain control.FeaturesSoft seat for ANSI Class VI ShutoffBalanced plug and piloted operation for extremely accurate regulationChoose from two pilot valves, 69L or 69H. These provide a variety of ranges, from 2-8 psi (0, 14-0,55 bar) to 70-150 psi (4,8-10,3 bar).

ROTORK ACQUIRES K-TORK

K-TORK vane actuators are available in both double-acting and spring-return configurations with torque outputs up to 18,300 Nm (155,000 in-lbs). K-TORK is a true rotary actuator – there is no sideload transferred to the actuator housing or valve stem. Additionally, K-TORK actuators provide a simple, proven method to mount fail-safe springs, manual overrides and control accessories. The vane actuator design provides high torque output in a compact size. The dual-opposed lip seals eliminate all pressure-retaining o-rings in the actuator, providing the user Electronic Cigarette with a long, trouble-free operating life.

Features:

  • Integral NAMUR VDI/VDE 3485 for top-mount controls and NAMUR solenoid valve interface
  • Rated for operating pressure range 3-10 bar (40-150 PSI)
  • Standard temperature range -20°C. to +80°C (-20°F to +175°F)
  • High temperature range to +149°C (+300°F)
  • Constant, level double-acting torque output
  • Totally-sealed spring return with low torque loss
  • Standard TGIC-Polyester powder-coat finish
